Chilli Garlic Cheese Toast
Sometimes when you just reach home from office you have these sudden hunger pangs. Hungry and confused we fall back on things like Maggi or Samosas or some outside snack. Chilli garlic cheese toast (CGCT) is a quick snacker that you can prepare in No time and makes sure your hunger is curbed but you still have room for dinner
What goes in: (For 4 slices of CGCT)

- Garlic - 10 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 to 2 Green Chilli
- Chilli Flake
- Amul Cheese Slices - 4 (You could also use 2 Amul Cheese cubes)
- 4 slices of bread
What you need to do:
- Finely Chop the green chillies and garlic as shown in the image
- On a single bread slice put a slice of cheese and sprinkle green chillies, garlic and some Chilli flakes on Top
- Grill it in the oven at 180 degrees for 7 minutes. Remove when the cheese has melted.
- In case you don't have an oven just toast it on a flat pan covered with a lid so that the cheese melts
and Ta-Da!!!!
What do you get:
A really crunchy crispy and spicy and of course yummy toast which you can have with tea or just by itself. Believe me you will LOVE IT!
