Piri Piri Chicken wings and Legs
This is one of the quickest, easiest and juiciest chicken dish you can make in just 15 mins. I used to eat Piri Piri Chicken wings at cafe Au Bon pain and this chicken tastes exactly that. This is a pan roast recipe so easy to make .

What do you need?
- Chicken legs and wing pieces (deskinned)
- Lemon
- Salt, pepper, chilli flakes
- One spoon green chilli sauce and one spoon tomato sauce ( I used Nando’s Peri peri sauce but these sauces will do the work, as you need it mostly for your Piri Piri powder to stick)
- Piri Piri powder ( the one in the image is one of the best ones available in India according to me)
What you need to do?
- Make some slit marks on the chicken pieces
- Marinade the pieces in half of lime juice and some salt and pepper for 10 mins ( I didn’t marinade at all but it was perfectly fine)
- In a pan, heat some olive oil and toss your chicken. Cook for 5 mins
- Sprinkle Piri Piri powder on the chicken, depending on how spicy you want your chicken to be. Cook the chicken for another ten minutes on medium flame by tossing your chicken every 2 minutes
This makes for a good party starter. You could whip a nice cheesy dip with this that will cut through the spice in the chicken and will taste amazing.
Don’t think. Just cook. This dish will be a sure shot Success with anyone.
